If you are not completely satisfied with your StriVectin purchase, you may return your product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We strive to ensure every customer finds the perfect skincare regimen for their unique needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, if possible, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
